Subjects Taught
Second grade

I completed my education in the Douglas County School System.  I attended Mt. Carmel Elementary, Chapel Hill Middle School, and graduated from Lithia Springs High School.  After high school, I attended West Georgia College where I earned my bachelor's degree in elementary education in 1989.  The college later changed to The State University of West Georgia where I earned my master's degree in elementary education in 1999.

I have just finished my 29th year of teaching.  All of those years have been at Chapel Hill Elementary.  I have taught grades K, 1 ,2, 4, and 5.

I was born here in Douglas County and lived here until I moved to Temple, Georgia in 2003.   I have two children, a senior at Georgia College and a 7th grader at Chapel Hill Middle School.
