Hi! My name is Doris Strickland and I am a proud native of Douglas County. My husband and I have three wonderful children, three toy poodles and a cat. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, swimming, camping, scrapbooking and spending time with my family. In 1992, I decided to follow my childhood dream and became a teacher. I have been teaching for twenty-two years and truly love what I do for a living. I love working with young people. I love teaching and am so proud that I can share my love of learning with my students.
