I graduated in 2009 from Chapel Hill High School. I graduated from The University of West Georgia in December of 2013. 


While at West Georgia I student taught in Carroll County and Douglas County. In my final semester I was placed here at Chapel Hill with Ms. Tomei. At the end of my last semester I was very blessed and was offered to fill another 4th grade posistion in January of 2014. I have been in 4th grade for 3 plus years now. The last 3 years I have been teaching math and science. Currently I am teaching Math. 

This upcoming year I will be in charge of Project Manhood for Chapel Hill Elementary School. 

2017-2018 Teacher of the Year for Chapel Hill Elementary.



My name is Mark Jensen. I was born and raised here in Douglas County. I attended Mt. Carmel Elementary School, Yeager Middle School, and graduated from Chapel Hill High School in 2009. I attended Young Harris College my freshman year of college and then transfered to The University of West Georgia. I graduated from West Georgia in December of 2013 and got a posistion at CHES in January. 


During my time at West Georgia I met my wife, Amber. We got married on July 7, 2016. We have one dog named Paisley. My wife currently teaches 3rd grade in Carroll County.
