University of Dayton, B.S. in Elementary Education

My first two years of teaching began in Charlotte, N.C. After that, I left teaching for awhile to work for Delta Airlines. At Delta I worked as a flight attendant and eventually worked in management for 8 years. Once my son Jack began Kindergarten, I realized I truly missed being in the classroom. I came back to teaching in 2005. I have taught at Annette Winn, St. Rose Academy and Chapel Hill Elementary. It's great to be a CHES Cheetah!

I have been married to my husband Steve for 24 years. We have two sons, Jack and Alex. Jack is a sophomore at Georgia Southern University. Alex is a sophomore at CHHS. I was born in New York but grew up mostly in Sidney, Ohio. After graduating from the University of Dayton, I moved to Charlotte, NC where I taught 3rd and 4th grade. In 1991, I moved to Atlanta and have lived in Douglasville since 1998.  In my spare time I enjoy walking, shopping, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
