The Georgia Department of Education's College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) gives each school a comprehensive overview of how well we are preparing students for college and career readiness. The CCRPI score takes into consideration numerous sources of data including achievement and progress of individual students from year to year on state assessments. In 2012, the state released the first set of CCRPI scores. CHES’ initial score was 73.4.  Other scores included an 83.3 in 2013, 83 in 2014 and 88 in 2015.  Data obtained during the 2015-2016 school year was used to determine our most recent score. The following gives you a comparison of our progress:

CHES CCRPI Score – 83.5

District Average – 78.3

State Average – 71.7

In addition, each school receives a Climate Rating based on a survey of students, staff and parents, school discipline, safe learning environment and school wide attendance (student, teacher, and staff).  CHES earned a four star rating in this area on the most recent report.
