I began my teaching career in 1988 teaching fourth grade at Bill Arp Elementary in Douglasville.  During my fifteen years in the classroom I was fortunate to loop three different times to fifth grade with three groups of students.  I served as Social Studies Dept. Chair, Grade Level Team Leader, and sponsor of various after school clubs.

In 2003 I started work as Assistant Principal at Chapel Hill and was named Principal in June 2011.  I truly enjoy my job and look forward to serving our students each day.
